EYES
1. After applying an eyeshadow base, pat a bright lime green shade (I used the one in the Sleek Makeup Circus Eyeshadow Palette) on the lid.
2. Sweep a soft brown shade with subtle orange undertones (I used the one in the NYC Metro Quartet Eyeshadow Palette in Union Square) on the crease.
3. With a blending brush and gentle circular motions, darken the outer corner of the eye with a dark brown shade (I used the one in the NYC Metro Quartet Eyeshadow Palette in Union Square).
4. Highlight the browbone with a pale gold shade (I used the one in the NYC Metro Quartet Eyeshadow Palette in Union Square).
5. Line your upper lashline with a black pencil eyeliner (I used Bottega Verde Intense Eye Pencil in Intense Black).
6. Line your lower lashline with a bright blue eyeshadow shade (I used the one in the Sleek Makeup Circus Eyeshadow Palette) and then apply mascara.

FACE & LIPS
1. Apply foundation and concealer. I stupidly forgot to write down what concealer I used. I just know it wasn’t the Bobbi Brown one I usually use. Sorry about that.
2. Sweep a cool-toned matte fuchsia blush (I used Tarte Amazonian Clay 12 Hour Blush in Fantastic) on the apples of your cheeks.
3. Apply a semi-opaque bubblegum pink gloss (I used Barry M Lip Gloss Wands in Bubblegum Pink) on your lips.
