Eli, it’s annoying when a small item is packaged in a huge box, isn’t it? It’s so useless.

Icaria, I had forgotten that! lol. But I agree. There’s no much point in wearing something if it’s gonna disappear very quickly.

Trisha, I agree. Sheer products have their uses, but it’d be nice to know how pigmented they are in advance so you know if they are for you. Although some items are so sheer that they never show up, no matter how many layers you apply. And that is so frustrating!

Same here. The scent is the WORST. I found a cute lipgloss… that smells exactly like that dentist office anaesthetic liquid, the orange stuff they give to kids. Ugh. A Loreal lipstick that is the perfect coral! … except that the smell is nauseating. Smells are the #1 thing I hate in a product.

A HUGE box for a really tiny bottle is bullshit. I hate extra packaging and all the damage it does. I buy products with as little packaging as possible. And eyeshadow with a tonne of pop in the tin which leaves virtually no colour on my face is terrible. I’ve avoided so much store-bought stuff since it’s all talc and wears off after an hour. Colour Tattoo is pretty decent, but for the same price, I might as well just buy indie makeup that lasts forever and is ultra-pigmented.

BebeTaian, oh dear, how awful! Why would you want to make a gloss smell like an anaesthetic liquid?! What were they thinking?!

I agree on extra packaging. It damages the environment and for what? It has no benefit at all. It’s the reason why I stay away from Fior di Magnolia these days. They make some good and affordable products, but the packaging is so huge it’s ridiculous.
