Name: Volume Attraction Mascara
From Kiko’s website: Unique formula that gives you perfect, volumized, well-defined lashes.
What I liked:
– adds length and definition
– thin wand reaches every lash
– coats lashes with a rich black colour
– longlasting, doesn’t smudge nor fade throughout the day
– easy to remove
– the price
What I didn’t like:
– if you apply more than 2 coats, it clumps
– doesn’t add much volume at all
Some relationships just never start. It doesn’t matter how much you want to attract the one you love, or how hard you try, it just ain’t happening. That’s the case with Kiko Volume Attraction mascara. The mascara may be attracted to volume but sadly, the feeling isn’t mutual.
One coat doesn’t add any volume at all. With the second coat, you start seeing the slightest amount of volume. And if you apply a third, it clumps. *sighs* Instead of volume, what this mascara provides is lots of length and decent separation. The thin wand easily reaches all the lashes, even the smallest ones, coating them with a dark black pigment.
The formula, which is neither too wet nor too dry, stays put on my lashes for about 8 hours without neither smudging nor flaking. Yet, it easy to remove at the end of the day. Still, that’s not enough to make up for the lack of volume. This is supposed to be a volumizing mascara after all. Instead, what you get is simply a daytime mascara that enhances your lashes in a natural way. If you’re looking for drama, you won’t find it here.

Summary Although marketed as a volumizing mascara Kiko Volume Attraction Mascara barely provides any volume at all. If you try to build it up, it will clump. Instead, it lengthens and separate lashes, enhancing them in a natural way. It is longlasting and doesn’t smudge nor flake throughout the day.
