Can you have too many sheer lipglosses?
My answer: yeah, definitely! I’m not a big fan of very sheer glosses because they all tend to look the same once applied on the lips.

One is more than enough

Ana, I agree!
Probably, but I keep buying them anyway! Packaging you know … love the new and creative packaging that various bands come out with

Monica, pretty packaging can be so hard to resist, can’t it?
I agree. Honestly I just want a clear and maybe a couple of shimmer or glitters to spice up a lipstick, after that it gets boring.
Katie, I agree. It’s always nice to have a sheer gloss or two, especially with shimmery/glitters, to apply on top of lipstick. But there’s no point in buying a lot as they all look the same once applied.
Yes! If the gloss textures are different and the finish differs, I can justify owning several. Some glosses look best over lipstick, some over lip liner, some on bare lips!
I don’t own very many sheer glosses, probably three. Even though some glosses are sheer, they can alter what color is underneath.
I prefer glosses somewhere between sheer and opaque.
Janessa, I prefer mine semi-opaque too. I think that every now and then a brand releases a sheer gloss that’s slightly different from the rest and may be worth getting, but most of them just look the same. Beautiful in the tube and clear with some shimmer on the lips.
Like Katie, I fall for cute packaging too. :p
I’m a sucker for it too.
Oh yes, you definitely can! Certain brands do sheer lipglosses wonderfully (that Chanel shimmer…), but you really don’t need more than 2 or 3.

Makeup Morsels, I agree. 2 or 3 is ok, but you don’t really need any more than that.
