Product Review: Spornette The Feel Good Brush

Name: The Feel Good Brush
Brand: Spornette
Price: $12.99 ($6.99 at the beautystoponline.com)

From the Beauty Stop Online’s website:
The Spornette The Feel Good Brush was designed for to gently brush and detangle hair with it’s soft, flexible ball tipped nylon bristles. Perfect for those with sensitive scalps. and ideal for before and after the shower.

What I liked:
– soft, flexible ball tipped nylon bristles
– detangles hair easily and quickly without tugging
– gives scalp a nice massage
– suitable for all hair types

What I didn’t like:
– I honestly can’t think of anything I don’t like about this brush

If my hair had a name, it would be called Knots and Tangle City. No kidding. It is so fine that it knots all the time and I have to spend ages trying to detangle it. It’s not only time-consuming, but can also be painful. Washing my hair used to be torture. Afterwards, I’d end up with this huge tangled ball where my hair used to be, until I discovered L’Oreal Elvive Nutri Gloss Conditioner, which leaves my hair tangle-free when it’s short and greatly reduces, but doesn’t completely eliminates knots, when it’s long.

But fast forward a few hours and tangles start to appear again. Aargh! Since I can’t wash my hair all the time, I need a brush that detangles my hair effectively, quickly, and, most importantly, painlessly. And thanks to the lovely people at the Beauty Shop Online, I’ve finally found it. I must admit that when they offered me The Feel Good Brush by Spornette, I was quite skeptical. That is such a hard name to live up to, yet the brush surpasses all my expectation.

So, what’s so special about it?

Spornette The Feel Good Brush has soft, flexible ball tipped nylon bristles that easily glide through hair, detangling it without tugging nor pulling. Brushing my hair in the morning used to be something I dreaded, but now it only takes me a few minutes and it’s not painful at all. In addition, the number of hair strands left on my brush is now greatly reduced and that’s a sight that definitely makes me feel very good!

The Feel Good Brush is suitable for all hair types and it’s particularly handy before and after you shower. Untangled hair is easier to wash and if your hair is as fine as mine, this is a step you should never skip. And after a shower your hair is wet and at its most fragile state, so you need to brush through it with a brush that won’t tug at it and cause damage and breakage. And on top of that, it gives your scalp a good, nice massage. Now that I’ve found The Feel Good Brush, I really wouldn’t know how to live without it. I’m in love.
