Name: Pure & Clear Blemish Gel
Brand: Nelsons
Size: 10g
Price: £8,49

From Nelsons’ website:
Keep Nelsons Pure & Clear® Blemish Gel handy to help reduce the appearance of blemishes. This effective blend of natural plant extracts specifically chosen for their acknowledged purifying and skin-conditioning properties, in combination with extra-strength Tea Tree, quickly targets blemishes whilst helping calm and soothe the surrounding area.

What I liked:
- quickly reduces the size of pimples
- soothes the area
- gentler than most anti-blemish treatments on the market
- tube will last you for ages

What I didn’t like:
- strong tea tree oil scent

If your skin is prone to pimples or you simply suffer from the occasional zit, which obviously always seems to rear its ugly head when you have an important occasion or a romantic date to go to, then you need Nelsons Pure & Clear Blemish Gel. This little tube (which will last you for months, by the way) is the best drugstore anti-blemish product I have tried so far.

When you notice a pimple is popping up, take a tiny amount of the gel and really rub it in on the spot. The gel will calm it down and considerably reduce its size within 24 hours! I believe this “magic” is due to Tea Tree Oil, which is an antibacterial agent that kills the bacteria that causes breakouts and acne.

In addition, Tea Tree Oil, is gentler than other anti-blemish treatments such as Benzoyl Peroxide, making it a better option for those with sensitive skin. This also means that the gel has a strong Tea Tree Oil scent, which although not very pleasant, fades quickly.

Ingredients:
Aqua, Alcohol, Tea Tree Oil, Arnica Montana Extract, Calendula Extract, Hypericum Extract, Triethanolamine, Carbomer, Limonene (tea tree oil source), Linalool (tea tree oil source).

Available at: amazon and boots

Summary:
Nelsons Pure & Clear Blemish Gel gently and quickly calms down pimples and reduces their size. The Tea Tree Oil scent won’t appeal to everyone, but luckily it doesn’t last long.

Rating: 4/5

LaDamaBianca, è un brand che conosco da poco, ma finora i loro prodotti mi hanno colpito positivamente.

Janessa, I’m sure you would love this one. I was surprised at how well it works, it’s great to banish people when they start to rear their ugly head. Just remember to really rub it in though. :)
