The palette is inspired by carnet de balls, the cards used by women in the 18th-century to keep track of the gentleman they had promised to dance with during a ball. Just like the carnet de ball was an essential item for the party girl of yore, this gorgeous palette is for the modern one. This luxurious gold clutch houses two eyeshadows in Platinum and Gold, both of which have a pearl finish, two glosses in Champagne and Red, a Black eyeliner and a mirror.

I love these nail polish bottles! My mom has this one also from Dior and it has gold flakes and some micro shimmer. It’s sheer in color but so beautiful!
Seeing all the holiday sets introduced makes me ever more excited for Christmas.
Janessa, the bottles look very cute indeed. The nail polish sound wpnderful too, although I wish they were a bit more pigmented. And can’t wait fr Christmas either!
I might have to get some of this (especially the nail color) just because of how beautifully it is packaged and how glittery it is. Even though I’m 50, and I probably shouldn’t wear it any more, I LOVE all of that glitter. But hey, it’s always good for the soul to have a little fun with makeup.
No way! There’s no age limit. If you love it and feel comfortable in it, you rock it- especially with such a classy brand and timeless colors. :]
Eleanor, I believe you should wear whatever you like and feel comfortable in, regardless of your age. Makeup is supposed to be fun and if you don’t like it, you can always wash it off.
I agree with you both! But there are those out there who do not. Too bad for them.
Eleanor, I agree, it’s bad for them. There will always be critics unfortunately. The best thing is to ignore them, they are the ones who are missing out anyway.

Lulu, I think it will be released in Australia in November. As far as I know it’s only the US and UK that are getting it earlier in October.
