Wanted! The Body Shop Colourglide Shine

Can’t decide between lipstick and lipgloss? The Body Shop has just launched a new lipstick range that offers the best of both worlds. Colourglide Shine lipsticks have a lightweight texture that feels comfortable on the lips and provides a sheer wash of color with a shiny finish. It is available in six shades: Vintage Rose, Iced Violet, Lilac Whisper, Shell Pink, Cheeky Coral and Pink Flash (this brighter pink is my favourite). What do you think of them?

I rossetti Colourglide Shine hanno una consistenza leggera che è confortevole sulle labbra e offrono un tocco di colore e un finish brillante. E’ disponibile in sei colori: Vintage Rose, Iced Violet, Lilac Whisper, Shell Pink, Cheeky Coral e Pink Flash (questo rosa più acceso è il mio preferito).     • Azure, I agree with you about the colors. They all seem to be pretty similar, apart from that pink one, but hopefully they will add more shades in the future. I like the idea of a lipstick and gloss in one though.

    • Gauri, I agree that the colors aren’t very unique. But they’re safe and wearable, which I think will appeal to a lot of people.

  1. I really like these – they’re not on the UK website yet :( This seems to be a trend all over the brands doesn’t it, the ‘lighter’ sort of lipstick? I love them – I’ve managed to get my hands on a couple of the Revlon lip butters, and they are wonderful – especially the Macaroon and Peach Parfait :)

    • Viv, yes, they are very in atm and it’s one trend I really like. They are just wearable and perfect for daily wear. :) I hope these will be available in the UK soon too.
