What’s your favourite type of foundation?

Beautiful with brains says: liquid. They usually have good coverage, give my face a natural finish and work really well for my combination skin.

Mineral, surprisingly. I was always so resistant of mineral makeup, but I like it.

Trisha, I like mineral foundations too, as long as they’re pure. They work really well and are usually available in a wide variety of shades.

Eyegraffiti, it can be hard to choose as every time of foundation has its pros and cons. But it’s nice to have variety. :)

Liquid, usually. Revlon Colorstay, the foundation you show in this post, comes with a pump in Japan. However, it’s like $25. Everything has its pros and cons!

K, I like that it comes with a pump, it’s more hygienic. But shame about the price. Revlon is very expensive here too. In fact, for years I thought it wasn’t a drugstore brand as its prices aren’t those of drugstore makeup here lol.

Xin, liquid foundations are really nice, aren’t they? I wish BB was available here, I’ve heard great things about her foundations. :)

Enter me for Liquid liquid and liquid. :) They are easily applied, you can use your fingers or brushes or small sponges the choice is yours. I have combination skin also so I’m liquid all the way :)

Tavia, I completely agree with you! Like you, I have combination skin and find that liquid foundations work really well for our skin type.

Usually liquid – though my current fave for non-work days is Bobbi Brown EXTRA SPF 25 Tinted Moisturizing Balm – it really is gorgeous :)

Stick foundation so definitely Bobbi Brown. For fuller coverage I go for a Clinique Liquid Foundation, not fussed which one though, they all work well on my face.

Annabella, you’re so lucky that they all work well on you as it’s not really easy to find a good foundation. I have actually never tried a Clinique foundation. I’d love to but they don’t seem to make shades light enough to match my skintone. Or if they do, they don’t sell them here.
