What’s the biggest risk you have ever taken with your hair?
Beautiful with brains says: mmm probably when, in high school, I told the hairdresser to do whatever she wanted with my hair. Luckily I was happy with the result (a simple short bob with bangs). Dying my hair blonde was risky too and thinking about it now, it didn’t suit me that much although I thought I looked really cool at the time.

Dying my hair from dark blonde to blue-black. Luckily everything went ok and blue-black is my colour since then.

La Bisbetica, that could have easily been a disaster but I’m glad that everything went well and that it suits you.
Oh my god…. here’s a good list of the things I’ve done to my hair over the years:
- chopped it all off on a whim and had a “chelsea” cut, which is short everywhere, but with bangs
- Bleached my hair and dyed it wild colors. My favorites were pink and green.
- Spiked up my hair into pointed, foot-long twists with Elmer’s glue and acrylic paint
- Got dreadlocks, bleached them, and dyed them colors. I went to the prom with bleached dreadlocks with blue tips
My hair has been REALLY boring lately in comparison. And the only hairstyle above that I regret was the foot-long spikes, and I only did that a few times.
I tend to hate change, but my hair is the exception to that rule. I don’t like it to be the same for too long.

Trisha, wow, you really like experimenting with hair! I don’t mind experimenting with makeup, but for some reason I’ve always been pretty conservative with my hair. Some of your hairstyles sounds so cool, especially the colored dreadlocks.
Multiple bleachings, dyeing it pink (and before that was purple, and blue).. I stick to long with layers and highlights now

I’ve always loved pink hair, although I don’t think it’ll suit me. And your current hairstyle sounds lovely. 
Cutting the China Doll fringe, straight across. It was a bit of a disaster because it didn’t last more than one day.
I wore that look to a Retro 70s dinner, and after that, i swept everything to the side. I hate fringes touching my eyes, and I will just naturally part my hair. LOL.
And people say my bangs look like curtains when I part it. I am still on the way to grow it longer now. haha.
Jyoan, I’m sorry that look didn’t work out for you. I like bangs, but growing them out when you’re tired of them is a pain! lol. I’ve actually written a post about it that will go live soon, if you’re interested
Ehhhh io ho sempre detto “FAI TU” al parrucchiere… ma con che coscienza?!?!? Per fortuna sono rimasta soddisfatta tranne la penulitima volta, l’ultima così, ho deciso io: Mezzo cm! NON SCALARE!NON SFOLTIRE!… Si… avrei potuto tagliarli in casa!

Libertfly lol. E’ un pò terrificante dire al parrucchiere fai tu, non sai mai cosa potrebbe succedere. Ma son contenta che sei rimasta soddisfatta la maggior parte delle volte. Cmq sempre meglio avere un’idea in testa e dare indicazioni precise.
it was definitely when i cut my hair short to ear length from near-waist length >< i surprised everyone with the new look
but i am keeping hair long again because short hair is just too troublesome to maintain, got to trim it every now + needed styling products to look polished, it was really a pain.

Well I wouldn’t call it a disaster but I had a blue Mohawk in high school although it faded pretty quickly. I also used to have a short bleached buzzcut with a tail! lol
