Have you ever heard of Emily? It’s a German brand I discovered a few months ago when I won a giveaway and one of the prizes turned out to be Emily Nagellack in 102 Pink Apricot. I absolutely love the color. I’m a sucker for pink polishes and this one is very pretty. N.102 Pink Apricot is a creamy peachy pink shade that’s quite bright but without being over-the-top. It’s also very summery, isn’t it? The texture is quite liquid but applies really smoothly without streaking and is opaque in just two coats.

However, it takes a while to dry so I suggest you apply it while watching your favourite movie or TV show. Once applied though, it lasts for ages. Most nail polishes chip after a couple of days on my nails but I’ve been wearing Pink Apricot for five days (without a top coat!) and it still looks great, with just a little bit of tip wear. That’s really impressive! And the best part is that it retails at only €1.99! The worst is that I’m not sure if it’s available outside of Germany. I have never seen it here and couldn’t find any online shop selling it, but if you should come across it and like pink shades, Emily Nagellack in 102 Pink Apricot is worth checking out.

Available at: German beauty stores

Summary
Emily Nagellack in 102 Pink Apricot is a creamy, peachy pink shade that’s opaque in two coats. It applies easily, doesn’t streak, and lasts for days even without a top coat. And it’s very inexpensive too. However, it takes a while to dry.

Rating: 4/5

Is it terribly narcissistic of me to like it partly for the pretty colour and partly because it’s my name? =P
