What it does
Grape Seed Extract contains polyphenols, flavonoids and proanthocyanidins, which are potent antioxidants that help reduce free radicals and sun damage.
In addition, preliminary studies show that Grape Seed Extract can enhance sun protection when used in conjunction with a sunscreen.
Side effects
Grape Seed Extract can cause irritations.

Would you recommend me products with high content of grape seed extract?

Alejandra, unfortunately I’ve never come across a product with high concentrations of this ingredients yet. It’s usually included in very small amount that don’t do anything which is a shame. I usually just buy grape seed extract tablets.
