Hello everyone,
I know some of you were waiting to see me create a bold look with the new Sleek Makeup Curacao Eyeshadow palette, so here it is. Unfortunately, I took the photos on a cloudy day so the lightening was horrible and the pictures didn’t turn out too well (sorry for that!). I’ve decided to post them anyway so you can get an idea of what fun looks you can do with this palette (I hope to do more looks with it soon though 
) and I’ve also used the Blush in Aruba and the Pout Polish in Bonaire so you can see that, despite how scary and bright they look in the pan, they are actually very wearable. Without further ado, here’s the look:
Products used:
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance
- Sleek Curacao Eyeshadow Palette
- Pupa True Eyes Eyeliner
- Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Electric
- Eyeko Big Eyes Mascara
- Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer
- Sleek Makeup Blush in Aruba
- Sleek Makeup Pout Polish SPF 15 in Bonaire
Directions:
- Start by applying an eyeshadow primer to your eyes (I used Too Faced Shadow Insurance) to help makeup stay put all day and improve the color payoff of the eyeshadows.
- Apply a bright yellow shade (I used Screwdriver in the Sleek Makeup Curacao Eyeshadow palette) on the inner part of the lid.
- Pat on a bright shimmering orange shade (I used Tequila Sunrise in the Sleek Makeup Curacao Eyeshadow palette) on the res of the lid and blend where it meets with the yellow.
- Sweep an emerald green (I used Green Iguana in the Sleek Makeup Curacao Eyeshadow palette) on the crease and blend.
- Apply a champagne shade (I used Martini in the Sleek Makeup Curacao Eyeshadow palette) on the browbone.
- Sweep a bright fuchsia (I used Singapore Sling in the Sleek Makeup Curacaoe Eyeshadow palette) on the lower lashline.
- Line your upper lashline with a pencil black liner (I used Pupa True Eyes Eyeliner) and your waterline with a bright blue eyeliner (I used Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Electric). Apply mascara.
- It’s too hot to wear foundation here at the moment so I only applied concealer (I used Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer) on my undereye area to hide my dark circles.
- Sweep a bright orange blush (I used Sleek Makeup Blush in Aruba) on the apples of your cheeks.
- Apply a sheer orange lip balm/gloss (I used Sleek Makeup Pout Polish SPF 15 in Bonaire) on your lips.

I have been using BB Cream instead of foundation. Like this, I can skip my day time moisturizer.
but I have to say I rarely use foundation recently, only for special functions makeup do I use foundation.

Vonvon, thanks. The weather here is too hot to wear foundation at the moment so I only apply concealer when needed. I wish BB creams would be available here as they sound a great substitute for both tinted moisturizer and day time moisturizer.
But if you don’t need a lot of coverage or don’t go to a special occasions, foundation can easily be skipped.
