Hourglass Cosmetics has just launched a revolutionary product for lashes. Film Noir Lash Lacquer is an ultra-glossy, inky black top coat for lashes that creates length, volume and shine. Sounds great, doesn’t it? But how does it work? First you need to apply a coat of mascara (any basic one will do), then paint your lashes with the Lash Lacquer brush. It will transition any daytime mascara into a nighttime one.
It’s so hard to find a mascara that really delivers a false lashes look and I have thrown away quite a few over the years that just didn’t do much for my lashes so I would love to try the Lash Lacquer as I think it would help me achieve the look I want. It’s not cheap though. It retails at $28.00 and you can buy it exclusively at Sephora.

omg I saw the promo for this too! It looks like such an interesting product, but I think I will hold off until I see a review and how it looks on the lashes. Sounds promising though.
