Pink! I wear purple a lot too.

I ask myself if I really the products on sale? Do I have similar colors in my stash already? It doesn’t always work though lol.

My wallet, keys, a mirror and a lip balm.

Mac, definitely! Although I can’t afford a Mac at the moment, so I switched to Linux. Hate Windows!

I loved and wore midriff tops a lot in the 1990s. (Gosh, I feel old now!). But that’s a style I have outgrown now. They can be cute, but not really my thing anymore.

1. What color are most of your clothes?
I do have some pastel greens and aquas, but those make up about 20% only.
LOL when I read your answers! Because those 2 are the most common colours in my wardrobe too.
2. How do you resist beauty sales?
No way I could do that. But in the past year, I am getting better. I look for good bargains – like super great GWPs that would justify my purchase of certain items(skincare or cosmetics) ok, that’s not really a sale, more like offer. Other than that, I just picture in my mind the mess I have in my stash and the headache I had when I was packing and moving my stash to the UK…I stopped. And my most important ‘weapon’ to stop me from buying is my daughter. She would say things like…..”how many more makeup do you need? NO MORE BUYING!” There was one episode I recounted on my FB page where we were reading through some beauty blogs and saw the promo pics of MAC Semi-Precious Collection coming out this summer. She told me as a matter of factly, “Mummy, I like those eyeshadows (the mineralize ones). Are you going to swatch them?” I replied, “yes, I will try to swatch them all”. Then she exclaimed, “but only swatch them, OK? and NO BUYING! Because you have so many makeup already!” ROFL!

My phone, Anna Sui hair brush, a small can of AromaFabulous hand cream, my wallet, MAC Indigo Pink Lipglass.
4. MAC or Windows?
Windows, because i have not the opportunity to try out a MAC yet.

La Bisbetica, keeping your credit card empty is a great idea! I only have a debit card and put money in it only when I need to buy something or I’d waste too much money. But staying away from beauty shops isn’t really that easy.. lol.

Dao, I like black clothes too. They go with everything and make you look thinner.
Being in a place where there aren’t beauty sales would definitely help. Although I’m not really sure I would like to go there lol. We don’t get many sales here though.

sometimes the bank give us 30% discounts with the credit card and when that happens I use to buy many things specially my favorite but expensive brands like Guerlain or Givenchy.

Courtney, I like your dress style and I agree that women shouldn’t dress for men but for themselves. I think there are occasions when it is suitable to show a bit of flesh, especially in the summer, but I prefer to dress modestly too. It makes me very uncomfortable too when men look at me like a sex object.

I ask myself if I really need it or if I’d use it before its expiration date (essential with things like liquids and mascara that don’t last as long as powders), or I might skip it if the brand is often on sale. Plus, you know, I have to take money into consideration (…I really need to get better at that, actually)

Random cards, change, NYX lipgloss, lip balm, hand mirror, Estee Lauder foundation, various coupons and god-knows-what else.

Eight, I think it is important to consider the expiration date too (at least when it is so short) cos even though the products may be on sale, you’ll still be wasting money if you won’t use them.
