Tricaprylin is made with Glycerin and Caprylic Acid.
What it does
Tricaprylin has emollient properties: it forms a protective barrier on the skin which prevents water loss, thus keeping skin hydrated.
In addition, it also enhances the penetration of other cosmetics ingredients into the skin.

Tricaprylin is generally considered to be safe.
