Time to read! I have so many books on my bedside table and so little time to read these days. Sundays are the perfect days to relax with a good book.
2. Do you use testers at makeup counters?
It depends. If they are in good condition then yes, I’ll try them on my hands (only foundations I try on my jawline). But if they are dirty and gross, then no way!
3. Did you sleep till late in the morning today?
Nope, I like to wake up early, especially when the weather is sunny and warm.
4. Red lips or nude lips?
Red lips! They’re beautiful and classy. Nude lips are very wearable and pretty too, just not my thing.
5. Hair extensions: yay or nay?
I think they are nice to wear every now and then to spice up your hairdo, but I wouldn’t wanna use them too often.

Only on the back of my hands, for almost everything. And foundation, only on my jawline.

Err… well, yes…. woke up at 8.30 but Hubby and Princess still asleep, so went back to bed and woke at 11am.

Depends…. red lips on some days, nude on others.

Don’t mind trying, but haven’t tried before.

1. What’s your favourite thing about Sunday?
CSI: Supreme Sunday, a marathon replay of the three CSI shows from 11pm-1am. I love the shows but don’t have time during the week to catch them on TV.
2. Do you use testers at makeup counters?
Yes, but it usually depends on whether I see that the counters actually have cleaning implements for their testers or if I have something on hand that I can use to clean them. Otherwise I just swatch on the hand and rub off as soon as possible.
3. Did you sleep till late in the morning today?
Yes I did! It felt wonderful.
4. Red lips or nude lips?
Hmm, red lips. I think it’s easier to find a color match for red lips because there are true reds available, while you really have to match nudes to your skintone or you can look very washed-out.
5. Hair extensions: yay or nay?
Yay! I think they’re a fun way to explore different hair styles, as long as they don’t look too fake.

Karina, all counters should sanitize testers after every use, yet not many seem to do it. What a shame!
And I agree about red lips. Finding a red lippie that works for you it’s hard, but finding a good nude one is harder. Nude lippies can make you look sick, but when done right, they’re pretty.
1. What’s your favourite thing about Sunday? Waking up late, maybe. I don’t like Sundays much though.
2. Do you use testers at makeup counters? Only on the back of my hand, or on my jawline if I’m trying foundation.
3. Did you sleep till late in the morning today? Yes, of course! But I went to sleep very late yesterday.
4. Red lips or nude lips? Love red lips, but with bold eye looks nude lips are a must.
5. Hair extensions: yay or nay? Definitely nay for me! They can cause hair problems after removal, could look fake and, last but not least, sometimes theirs sources are not ethical.

La Bisbetica, I agree that with bold eyes you need to wear subtle lips as it’s easy to look like a mask otherwise.
That’s why I don’t like wearing them often, because they can cause problems when you remove them and it just ain’t worth it.

And I agree about the nude concealer kind, that rarely looks nice. But natural lip colors are very pretty.
