When I (and most of you I presume) think of summer, I think of the sun shining brightly in the clear blue sky, and the blue/green hues of the sparkling sea water. Well, it seems that ArtDeco does too because their new summer collection, Aqua Glow Bronzing was inspired by the water shining under the sun rays. The collection features aquatic blue and turquoise shades mixed with some pretty earthy tones. And the results are stunning!

The Bronzing Powder Compact ART DESIGN 11 is a water resistant powder, with a very pretty pattern, that will help you look flawless under the hot, torrid soon. It contains SPF 15 to protect skin from UV rays and is available in two shades: Sun Glow Bronzing and Sunset Bronzing. Apply it with the Travel Kabuki,a travel size kabuki brush perfect for powder application. And if you want to enhance you tan and make your skin glow, try the Golden Shimmer-Illuminating Fluid, which can be used all over your body.

The Beauty Box Trio Aqua Glow Bronzing is a pretty and magnetic LE box that contains 3 eyeshadows in aquatic and earthy tones and 1 blush. Or you can opt for the Beauty Box Duo “Aqua Glow Bronzing”, a magnetic palette with a mirror that contains two eyeshadows. The Eyeshadows, in duochrome and pearl finishes, are also available individually in the following shades: 12 Chocolate Cake, 25 Beach, 57 Tropical Green, 59 Caribbean Green, 257 Clear Water and 263 Venetian Blue.

Also available is the Eye Designer Applicator Aqua Glow Bronzing, a double sided applicator pencil. It can be refilled with the following powder eyeshadows: 20 Hot Espresso, 34 Shimmering Gold Mine, 54 Cobalt Turquoise, 60 Green Lagoon, 62 Moons Reflection and 68 Deep Atlantic.

The Lip Brilliance Gloss, instead, offers shiny, moisturizing shades that last long and is available in 23 Brilliant Sweet Candy and 61 Brilliant Sweet Raspberry. For the nails, we have the Ceramic Nail Lacquer, formulated with patented ceramic nano particles to make the colors vibrant and longlasting. They are available in 177 Pure Bronze, 179 Shimmering Ivory, 225 Rainbow Green, 229 Reflecting Algae. 236 Deep Aqua and 242 Juniper Blue.

What do you think of this collection?

I love those aquas and turquiose shades. But I do have quite aloof these shades already. The design on the compact is very beautiful – love those kinds of pattern.

Btw, gio, may I know where can I get ArtDeco products?

Vonvon, I love the design on the compact too, it’s beautiful.

Unfortunately Art Deco products aren’t easily available everywhere but I found a website that sells them: http://www.garden.co.uk/ I’m not sure if they already have this collection available though. f you want to buy it in stores, then you should email them and ask where the nearest one to you is. That’s what I did a couple of years ago to locate the nearest shop to me. Hope thisn helps.

Jojoba, I hope you will be able to get your hands on some ArtDeco products. They make some great stuff and it’s a shame they’re not more easily available.

Lovely collection, nice packaging and shades, but I won’t buy anything because I already own similar colours. Artdeco quality is really good, I wish this brand will become more available… I miss the eyeshadow base a lot!
