Every pencil for the waterline I tried didn’t last more than 3 hours and many of the black ones smudged so bad! Hope to get my hands on these UD pencils!

I’m happy to hear that UD works for you! Sadly, those UD pencils work great for tight lining and rimming my upper waterline, but when I use it on my lower waterline, it doesn’t seem to stay on as well. But Milani liquify is love!

L’Oreal Pencil Perfect Eyeliner is awesome, as is Maybelline Define-A-Line and Pixi Endless Silky Eye Pen. Really, any that glides on super smoothly and sticks well is a fave for the water line for me.

Trisha, I’m curious to try Maybelline Define-A-Line as I heard great things about it but that product isn’t available here yet. Grr. I’m glad it works well for you.
Actually UD pencils slide off for me whether on the waterline or just to line. There is a pencil by Korres that I have which says its for the waterline. I can’t remember the name, but it does work very well!

Milani Liquif-Eye. It lasts longer than UD’s pencils on my waterline. Best of all, it cost about 6 bucks.
