Do you wear sunscreen every day?
Beautiful with Brains says: yes, I always apply sunscreen and then moisturizer with SPF. I have to admit though, that on some winter days when the weather is particularly bad or I’m just in a rush, I only apply a moisturizer with SPF. It may not protect me as well as sunscreen but if there isn’t much sun around, it will do anyway, especially since I stay indoors most of the time.

yes! without fail. i am very very upset with myself for not putting on sunscreen during my earlier years and now i have so much freckles!

No. Here’s why: there are some days that I don’t go outside. I know that must sound bad. But I work from home. I try to get out as much as I can, but I have those days where I stay in. And on those days, I don’t use sunscreen.

Trisha, I wear sunscreen even to stay at home lol. People think I’m crazy lol but UVA rays can still penetrate through windows and cause premature aging. When I’m at home I often stay close to a window though so that’s why I still wear sunscreen. Actually it’s usually a moisturizer with SPF at home as I think it’s still important to have some sun protection but you’re less exposed when you’re indoors so that’ll be enough.
I currently don’t have a job (snif..), so I don’t go out a lot. When I do I try to wear sunscreen, either a fluid one or a powder with SPF

Yup, every single day! Sometimes I use my Lancome moisturizer w/ spf though. I love the texture of that, and the spf is 35, so I figure that it should be fine. I wear spf when it’s raining…when I’m at home…etc.

Makeup Morsels, good for you. I think the Lancome moisturizer would be enough indeed on bad weather days or when you stay indoors.
I am very lazy sometimes. On those lazy days I ignore all the things and just become carefree.
All other days I apply the moisturizer.

I wear sunscreen most days. I’ll skip it if I know I won’t be going anywhere.

Hey Gio, is it important to hv SPF protection for lips too? And is there any tip for treating pigmented lips?? I wear Sunscreen lotion on exposed areas, but hv never used anything for lips.

Shruti, yes, it is important to wear spf on the lips too. Usually a lipbalm/lipstick/lipgloss with SPF will be enough.
My Olay Moisturizer contains sunscreen, so that’s a yes!
