Peaches. Mmmm. Don’t they taste delicious? These tasty fruits are rich in Vitamins C and A, which have antioxidant properties, and alpha hydroxy acids that perform a gentle exfoliating action reveling the bright skin underneath. So, if you have some peaches in your kitchen and love experimenting with skincare recipes, try the ones below for soft, moisturized and glowy skin:

1. Peach Moisturizer for face, hands and body

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of peach juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 2 tablespoons of almond oil

Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well. Then, apply the mixture on your face, hands or body. This works well wherever you need it to. :)

2. Peach mask for delicate and sensitive skin

Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe peach
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt (plain)

Peel the half peach and mash it. Add the yogurt and mix the two ingredients together. Now, apply it on your face and wait about 20 minutes. Then, rinse it off.

3. Peach and Lemon Mask

Ingredients:
- 2 peaches (better if ripe and fresh)
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

Mash the two peaches and then add the lemon juice. Mix well. Apply the mixture on your face and wait about 20 minutes before rinsing it off.

Have you ever tried any homemade beauty recipes with peaches?

You know Gio, peaches are so expensive here, I’d just eat them! :D But thanks for the recipes, they sound delicious, even to just eat ;)

Paris, what a shame they’re so pricey! I’d rather just eat them too then ;)

I love eating peaches. So I guess, I’ll just reap the benefits of peaches from eating them. :)

Vonvon, any food is definitely more beneficial when eaten eheh. But sometimes it is also nice to experiment with homemade recipes. :)

I have to admit that I am lazy…. ;) that’s why as much as I like the idea of playing with fresh food produce for skincare… to actually do it is entirely a different story… that’s just me….

Vonvon, I do know how you feel. I like making homemade skincare recipes every now and then, but I’m too lazy to do it often. It’s just more convenient to buy products at the shop, isn’t it? But if you ever get bored, give it a try ;)

In all honesty…I think I’d be more likely to eat the darn recipes before I put them on my face. Of course that’s just me and I love to eat haha :P

thanks for the ideas. I have little peaches dropping from my trees in droves. they aren’t very sweet, couldn’t give them away on freecycle and they’re cling which makes any processing a hassle.
I remembered ‘fruit acid” was supposed to be good for the skin

There are a few larger sweet peaches , so I get to wear my peach and eat it too :)
