Do you bring your own hair products with you when you travel?
Beautiful with brains says: it depends. If I’m away for only a couple of days then no. I just use whatever products are at the hotel I’m staying at. But if I’m away for several days/a week or more, then I’ll just pour some of my own shampoo and conditioner into two small travel-size bottles. As for a blow dryer, I usually check the hotel website to see if they have it. They usually do have it, so I rarely bring it with me.

Usually i am not too bothered with the shampoo I use if it is just one or 2 days, but i make sure that i bring leave in conditioner all the time so no matter how dry or bad the shampoo turns out, my hair will not turn into hay

Xin, that is a great tip! I’ve come across some shampoos that were too harsh in a couple of hotels and a leave-in condiotioner would have turned out pretty handy!
I always bring my own products, as usually the hotel shampoo/shower gel etc. suck! lol

Stavroula, I find them to be just average. They’re ok if you’re staying there a couple of days but otherwise, it’s much better to bring your own products, I agree. lol.
No, I usually just use whatever the hotel has until I get back. It’s not ideal, but my hair is relatively low maintenance.

Makeup morsels, hotel hair care products are usually just ok. If one doesn’t have any hair problem/concerns they will just about do.
I bring my own because hotel ones are usually too harsh and make my scalp itch and flake really badly. :-/

Tammy, most shampoos I came across in hotel are quite harsh. My hair can tolerate it for a couple of days but for some people, they can be quite drying.
