1. Did you take advantage of any Black Friday sales this year?
We don’t have Black Friday here in Italy but I would love to year what you all who live in the USA got. 
As for anyone else, if you’ve taken advantage of any other sales, please share!
2. What do you think of pigmented blushes?
I have pale skin so I’m not too fond of them. Pigmented eyeshadows, glosses, lippies, eyeliners etc I love but as far as blushes are concerned, I prefer them sheer. Having said that, I do have a couple of pigmented blushes that are absolutely gorgeous but I rarely use them cos I have to be really, really careful with application or I just end up looking like a clown.
3. What was the first thing you drank today?
Orange juice.
4. Blackberry or IPhone?
I have neither (although I’m thinking of getting one), so I’m not sure which one is better but I’d go with Blackberry just because I don’t really like Apple that much lol.
5. What do you think of floral perfumes?
I don’t like them that much. Once in a while you stumble upon one that smell wonderful, but most of them are just too sweet for my taste. I’m into woody and oriental fragrances.

Well, I did try…but I am not sure if my friend managed to get either a NARS blush or the the Korres 10-color eye pencil set for me from Sephora to qualify for the free tote.
2. What do you think of pigmented blushes?
Can’t comment much, since most of my blushes are moderately pigmented to sheer. I have the new LE Sleek Shimmer Blush in Pomegranate but haven’t tried it.
3. What was the first thing you drank today?
Warm water.
4. Blackberry or IPhone?
I have neither….wouldn’t mind an iPhone….wouldn’t a Blackberry either.
5. What do you think of floral perfumes?
If it’s floral rose or magnolia, yes!

Vonvon, I hope your friend managed to get something for you during the Black Friday sale.
I have the Sleek Blush in Rose Gold and that is very pigmented! I used a big fluffy brush and was careful to pick up only a small amount of product but it was still too much for my pale skin lol. The color’s beautiful though.

I wanted to get Rose Gold as well, but they were already sold out and only Pomegranate was left. But I swatched the tester of Rose Gold, and yes, it’s beautiful, and it looks similar to MUFE Aqua Cream #5, may be a ‘cousin’ (as Temptalia puts it).

It’s a shame that Rose Gold was sold out. It reminds me a lot of Nars Orgasm actually but I don’t have that so I can’t compare them. It also looks a bit like MUFE Aqua Cream #5 although Rose Gold has more pink in it. But they do look similar.
Pomenagrate is beautiful as well, I wanted to get that one too but I wasn’t sure it would have suited my fair skin.

If you use a duo fibre brush with a light hand you’re good to go

Stavroula, it’s too bad we don’t have Black Friday here. But at least you managed to order from Sleek, even though the sale was a nightmare! I couldn’t even get on the website lol.
I love duo fibre brushes for pigmented blushes as well as they don’t pick up too much product. That’s what I use when I wash the ELF Complexion brush and waiting for it to dry.
Spicy/oriental scents are my favourites too!

Marina, the MAC 187 brush is a great brush for pigmented blushes. It doesn’t pick up too much product and the results are quite natural

nope, the lines are always crazy, and I was in a place where they didn’t even have Black Friday sales.

- No, I participated in Buy Nothing Day instead.

- I love them! I think they’re better value for the money and easier to adjust the coverage.

- Some of them are a little too strong for me. I prefer citrus-fruity-florals (did that make any sense?! lol!).

Tammy, good for you! I like a sale to get something I’ve been lemming for ages, but if one doesn’t need anything and buys things they’re never gonna use, then it’s just a waste of money.
Really? Cos I find it easier to adjust the coverage with sheer blushes. Although that can be because I’m very pale. lol.
