Polyquaternium-11 is a liquid available in two forms: 50% Polyquaternium-11 dissolved in alcohol, and 19% dissolved in water.
What it does
Polyquaternium-11 is very used in haircare products for its antistatic properties as well as its ability to keep hairstyles in their place. In addition, it also forms a thin film on hair, skin and nails that binds water in.
Side effects
Polyquaternium-11 is generally considered safe.
