This fall Collistar wants you to be daring and bold, to explore new territories without snubbing tradition. In this new avant garde spirit, Collistar’s new collection Avant Garde features intriguing colors, multi-sensory textures, ethereal and sensual powders and sequins on the packaging. Here are the full details:
WET & DRY EYESHADOW (€13,00)
This fall, these eyeshadow come in a chequered design, which alternates two shades: gold and silver or white and gold. I admit I’m not too keen on these shades, but I like Collistar eyeshadows and I think these colors would be perfect to wear for the Christmas Holidays and New Year. Although I don’t wanna think about now, I wanna enjoy the last month of summer now!
GLITTER PROFESSIONAL EYE PENCIL (€14,00)
Available in Black Glitter, Turquoise Glitter and Violet Glitter, these pencils are perfect to add a touch of shimmery color to your lids to light up your eyes. And thanks to their soft tip, they can be used as eyeshadows as well.
MASCARA INFINITO (€20,50)
Infinito mascara, which has a wand with bristles of different lengths and provides length and perfect separation, is now available in a new colorful shade, Violet.
HEART BY COLLISTAR (€36,00)
The star of the collection, Heart by Collistar is a collectable compact shaped like a heart enhanced with iridescent sequins that changes from black to silver when stroked with your fingers. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful shimmery all over powder with wavy raised circles radiating out from the heart in a different shade. Available in two versions: Pinky Rays and Golden Rays.
HIGHLIGHTING ALL OVER (€28,50)
A mosaic of white, gold, pink and bronze shades that blend into each other to create a subtle iridescent and shimmery finish on your skin. It can be used as blush, as eyeshadow to highlight the browbone or swept on your decollete to illuminate it.
CLICK BLUSH (€23,00)
Available in Papaya (warm orange) and Litchi (delicate pink), this blush features a super-soft puff in natural latex for a quick and easy application. There are is a mirror included at the base of the product.
SMOOTHING FILLER MAKEUP BASE (€23,00)
I’m glad to see more Italian brands coming out with makeup bases lately. This kind of product has been popular for years abroad, but it’s only recently that Italian brand are catching up and offering their versions too. This one from Collistar promises to smooth and enhance your complexion, minimizing the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, leaving skin smooth. It also claims to offer longlasting hold.
PURO LIPSTICK SATIN FINISH (€16,00)
Available in three shades – Antique Rose, Amaranth Red and Marron Glacé – it has a light texture, a satin finish and is highly pigmented.
PROFESSIONAL LIP PENCIL (€14,00)
Available in Peachy Beige and Ruby, these lip pencils are waterproof, smudgeproof and longlasting. And thanks to their soft tip, they can be used as lipstick as well.
PERFECT NAILS ENAMEL (€12,00)
This fall, these nail varnishes are available in three dark shades: Pearly Petrol, Plum Lake and Steel, all vibrant and intense.

Woot! The turquoise and violet eye liners look very promising!
Mylanqolia, they really do. Plus, the quality of Collistar eyeliner is usually pretty good so I can’t wait for them to arrive at my local counter and test them.
LOVE the petrol green lacquer… do you know whether Collistar polishes are still full of formaldehyde? (I’d use them anyway, but if they went big3-free it would be better!)
Fuzzyleo, I think it depends on the shade. Some of their polishes do contain a Formaldehyde resin, but the LE ones that have been released in the most recent collections don’t. I think they are slowly trying to go 3 big free (finally!) but I’m not sure if Petrol Green contains it or not, sorry. I hope not cos it’s such a beautiful shade.
