Is there a product you like so much that you won’t use?
Beautiful with Brains says: No. I’m a makeup user, not a collector. There are products that have such beautiful patterns I know I wouldn’t have the heart to use them so I don’t buy them lol. There are products I love that I use very rarely though, but only because they are LE and so I want them to last as long as possible as I wouldn’t be able to purchase them again.

Oh wow, I never even considered that! Nope, I’ve used everything that I own. The only patterned item I ever had was a Versace pressed powder which had the Versace logo on it, but it was a really good powder so I didn’t care, I used it XD

Simone, I find that, with most products, the beautiful pattern is only overspray and the shade underneath is either easily dupable or not of great quality. And when that happens, I’d only buy it cos it’s pretty, but let’s face it, it’s not worth the money so I usually resist the urge. But if the shade is interesting or the product is really, really good than maybe I could get myself to buy it and use it even if it meant ruining the pretty pattern.
The Versace powder sounds good. I’ve never had the chance to try their makeup, what a shame.

Pinch, good for you! It’s much better to save the money and spend it on things you can use and enjoy.
Honestly, I don’t think so. Some of my products are almost all gone, so I use them less to stretch it out as long as possible.

Nope, I don’t have such products. I have some stuff which I bought just because of their design but I always can find a good use for it

The more I love the product, the more I use it hehehe I know if I don’t use it, it’ll expire anyways!

) Yeah I actually have that duo eyeshadow from Clinique and I didn’t use it….it’s still brand new.

Tavia, that’s a great duo. I wanted to buy it too but the colors didn’t suit me.
It looks to pretty to be used but you’ll try it at least once. 
I am a sucker for these kinds of products! So yes, I have quite a lot of them. From the photo you showed, MAC Marine Life and Dior Pearl Glow are among them.
Though I did use my Pearl Glow but was so careful as not to disturb the lacy pattern. And I managed to get hold of another Pearl Glow at the Dior sale, so now I have no worries about using more and even ‘ruining’ the lacy pattern of the 1st one.

Vonvon, these products are so pretty. It’s really hard for me to resist the urge to collect them all but I keep telling myself that I don’t need them. *sighs*
It’s good that you found a way to use it without ruining the pattern and I’m glad you managed to find another palette at a discounted price so now you can use it liberally.
