Connie, I’m sorry a lot of eyeliner pens don’t work for you but I’m sure you’ll like this one. It is very pigmented (swatch was done with one coat only, no primer!) and it’s on, it just won’t move or smudge, not even in the hot and humid weather we’re having at the moment.

Nikki, that’s a shame, I only have a couple of eyeshadows from Jesse’s Girl but I find their pigmentation quite poor. This one instead is super pigmented, so you wouldn’t find it difficult to use.
