New Collection: Smashbox Masquerade Fall 2010

Inspired by the Venice carnival, Smashbox Masquerade collection will take you into a maze of mysterious, alluring and feminine shades for eyes, lips and cheeks. My favourite product from the collection is undoubtedly the Eyeshadow Palette ($35.00), which includes 9 versatile shades – matte soft peach, shimmering black plum, matte taupe, metallic khaki, shimmering gold, bronze, metallic cabernet, shimmering navy and matte bone – to create both subtle and dramatic, both neutral and colorful looks.

Packaged in a sleek compact, the Baked Fusion Soft Lights Palette in Illusion ($32.00) contains champagne, gold and rose shades to highlight cheeks, nose, forehead and decollete to give skin a radiant glow. Creamy Cheek Color & Brush in Warm Pink ($29.00) instead has a creamy formula that will give your cheeks that “just blushed look”.

Those into liquid eyeliners will love Liquid Liner & Lash Overlay in Teal and Bronze ($ 19.00). I still have to figure out how to use liquid eyeliners but I’m sure digging the colors, they’re stunning! For the lips, you can either choose between the two new shades of the Lip Enhancing Gloss in Golden Pink and Golden Nude ($19.00) or the O-Gloss Noir ($22.00) a black gloss that transforms when it gets into contact with your lips turning into a custom bold berry hue designed to suit your skin tone.

What do you think of the collection? Seen anything you like?

Vonvon, I knew you would have loved the palette eheh. Can’t blame you, it’s gorgeous and so are the liners. I wish I knew how to use them though. I can’t seem to be able to draw a straight line with liquid liners lol.

The collection is great I bought eye shadow palette and the teal liquid liner the liner is amazing. I love the shadows but really had to play with them. The colors are very intense and most turn out more of a black shade then what they look like in the palette. We havent recieved the o-gloss noir in our store yet but I am excited to try this one I love the original!!!
