Despite being an Italian brand, Kiko Cosmetics products are only available in a few big cities throughout Italy at the moment. That’s why for a long time, I could only get their products through swaps with other fellow beauty addicts who were lucky enough to have a Kiko store near them.
Luckily, about a month ago, Kiko Cosmetics have become easily available to all Italian girls (sadly, they don’t ship internationally yet) with the launch of their online store. Since Kiko products are very inexpensive and there are often offers and discounts on the site, I decided to place an order, which will probably be the first of many.
Making an order is very easy: you just need to register, select the items you want and place them in your cart and click check out. Then, you will need to select a payment method. You can choose to pay with paypal, like I did, credit card or COD (in this case, there’s a €2,90 fees plus shipping).
Kiko ships by courier only and p&p is €5,90 but if your order is more than €59,00′s worth, shipping is free. Delivery is quick: I made my order on Thursday and got the package on Monday and everything arrived in perfect condition. Nothing was missing either. What a relief!
The only thing I didn’t like about their service is that I got my order in a huge package. And I only ordered four small items! I’m glad that they packaged everything carefully, but I thought the huge box, which was more than a half empty, was a huge waste. But oh well, I recycle everything anyway and nothing got broken, so it’s not too bad.
Summary:
Overall, I had a positive experience with Kiko Cosmetics. Their website is easy to navigate, you can choose several shipping methods and delivery is fast. All the items are carefully packaged, although I feel the huge box is just way too big and unnecessary for small orders, but unfortunately they don’t ship outside of Italy.

Tam, unfortunately Kiko isn’t available in Australia and the website doesn’t deliver outside of Italy. If you wanna try their products I think you should either look on ebay or ask some Italian girls to get some of their stuff for you. Hope this helps.

Kiko is also available in Paris. There is a Kiko shop in the big shopping mall near Disneyland. Their make up is fabulous.

Renata, Kiko doesn’t have any shops in the UK but there are two in Berlin. One is in the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Marzahner Promenade, 1A and the other in the Alexa Shopping Centre in Grunerstrasse 20. Hope this helps.

Just discovered kiko in Ibiza! Fabulous make-up and as good as some of the high end products I use. I was told by the sales girl that they are opening in London, but she had no idea where. Does anyone know where they will be located?

We are in Italy on vacation and just found the Kiko store. Got back to the Hotel and tried all the products that I bought…eye shadow, eye liner, lip gloss, and going back for more. Everything is great, and very affordable. Loved it all. When will they start shipping to the United States??? I hope soon. Please let me know as quickly as you can..I’m ready to throw all my other cosmetics In the trash

Really good quality at such an affordable price. Unfortunately, I don’t think they have any plans at the moment to start shipping internationally but if things change I’ll let you know.
hey i have visited italy and although the roma was so perfect kiko cosmetics were AMAZING! it;s a pity that we can;t enjoy them in other europe countries.. perfect prises and perfect qualities! loved them<3 i wan;t moreee!

Yes, y tried ebay but they havent the one I am looking for it is the soft focus foundation (mineral powder) it is really marvelous. If you know where can I find it PLEASE. …..let me know it. Best Regards

Magda, Madina Milano has very few stores in Italy: in Milan, Bergamo, Fidenza and Sassuolo. It’s weird cos some of these cities are a lot smaller than Rome… Hopefully they’ll open one in Rome soon.
I found a Kiko store while visiting in Barcelona last week. I’d never heard of Kiko before but the stuff blew me away. It reminded me of MAC–the colors are all very fashion forward–but this was even cheaper…the lipsticks were high quality and cost less than $10 U.S.. They were running a special on mascara for 3.90 euros, about $6 U.S.. My mom and I loaded up on all kinds of goodies. It stinks that Kiko isn’t shipping internationally or that it doesn’t have any stores in the U.S., but I may be traveling to Italy in October. *Rubs hands.*
StrawberryGirl, I hope you had a great time in Barcelona! And I’m glad that you managed to stock up on Kiko products and that you like them. It reminds me a bit of MAC too as there are so many colors available but, unlike MAC, they are all permanent. Their prices are very affordable too and they often have good deals. I hope Kiko will be available in the US soon. So many people seem to be interested in the brand so hopefully they’ll listen. I hope you get the chance to come to Italy too in October and have a great time here.

Had some Kiko products when I went to europe, I think I bought them in France. I was just trying at first and found them to be very good and blend to me nicely, even though i’m an asian. Unfortunately didn’t buy them in large amount. Just noticed that it suites me very well when i’m back to Jakarta. Hope there is a place for me to buy them online…..

They do make some great products in lots of different shades and at affordable prices but I don’t think they are available outside Europe. Your best bet would be to try Ebay. Hope this helps.

I just came back from Milan, and found KIKO in Linate Airport, after you go through security etc. I bought a few things and have not been disappointed. I loved their lip Gloss in Pencil, it lasts the colour is not too in your face for day wear and it glides on smoothly.
Since i love in London, I looked to see if Westfield in Stratford City will have more information, following the thread of the comments above.
There is no date as such, but I know that Stratford City is meant to have their opening on Tuesday 13th Sept 2011. Im guessing that KIKO would open on the same day or soon after, and its meant to be on the ground floor level.
if you google westfield Stratford kiko you should find it on the web.
