What it is
Co-Enzyme Q10, also known as Ubiquinone, is a vitamin-like substance present in the human body. It produces body’s energy and is necessary for several cell functions.

What it does
Co-Enzyme Q10 is a small molecule that can penetrate skin cells. It has antioxidant properties that  fight free radicals, one of the main causes of aging, boosting skin regeneration and helping to prevent wrinkles and photoaging.
In addition, it also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Side effects
Co-Enzyme Q10 can cause allergic reactions.

    my husband once told me this is probably one of the few ingredients that actually works for anti-aging if i want to try anti-aging products. i did. i tried eucerion stuff and i still can’t see if any improvement. LOL

    jojoba, lol. Bless your husband. Recent studies have shown that Co-Enzyme Q10 has anti-aging properties, but the thing with antioxidants is that, even if they fight free radicals, it can take years to see any noticeable effects.
