I went to MAC counter yesterday and this collection is not something I would consider. The packaging is not pretty and the eyeshadows are really really small, compared to last year and the year before that. What I would get is the eye set that has a full size pigment jar, a small fluidline, and a small brush for $32. The brush sets are better made than last year but I would not buy them because I have a ton of other brushes at home already.

Thanks for letting me know Dao. I was wondering about the collection. As you know I’m not a huge MAC fan but there were a couple of sets that caught my eye. But if they’re small I won’t bother with them. As for the packging, I thought it was really pretty but I only saw the promo pix and those can be deceiving. It’s good to know the brush sets are better than usual, I think those are worth considering if one is still building his/her brush collection.
