I like the fact it doesn't irritate skin and can be used to remove all makeup, but I hate the oily residue it leaves. :( It's a shame cos the remover is actually quite good. Anna: ciao! I agree that the L'Oreal remover is much better! Unfortunately it stings my eyes so I'm still looking for a cheap alternative :( I hate when makeup removers leave an oily residue. I know that's easily removed by water or facial wash, but it's just an extra step in my routine that I don't really need. Thanks.
