Name: Erace
Brand: Max Factor
Price: €7.49
From Max Factor’s website:
A very “intelligent” concealer: not only it instantly covers dark circles and blemishes but the practical sick allows such a precise application that it makes small wrinkles and imperfections disappear.
What I liked:
- good coverage
- covers dark circles and blemishes
- doesn’t settle into fine lines
- long-lasting
- the scent
- the price
What I didn’t like:
- not available in many shades
- the packaging

If you’re looking for an effective and affordable concealer, check out Max Factor Erace. Unfortunately it is only available in five shades, so not everyone will be able to find their match. I have #07 Ivory which I believe is the lightest shade available and I find it is a bit too dark for my skin. But if you can find a shade that suits you, you should give it a try.
The concealer has a creamy and thick texture that is quite easy to blend and not drying. I apply it using a brush as that gives me more control (but you can use your fingers too) and I dust some powder on top, which ensures a flawless appearance and makes the concealer stay put all day.
The coverage it provides is medium to full and because of that, a little goes a long way. I have horrible, very dark circles, which are genetic so nothing I can do about it bar concealing them, and this covers them very well without settling in fine lines. Some people may feel like it is a bit too thick to be used on the eye area though but for me, it works.
The concealer is also great at evening out the skintone, concealing redness, blemishes and small imperfections. Seriously, this concealer does it all!
The concealer has a strong, powdery and old scent which could be off-putting for some people. Personally, I don’t mind it. What I’m not fond of is the packaging. It is a lipstick-like tube which is dark blue in color. I think it’s too simple and not very appealing, but if the concealer works, that’s all that matters right?
Summary
Overall, Max Factor Erace is a great concealer. It has great coverage that conceals dark circles, blemishes and other small imperfections for the entire day (if settled with powder). However, the selection of shades is pretty limited and not everyone will like the scent.

Lynn, I didn’t know that, how interesting. Too bad it’s not available where you live, it’s a great concealer.
Can someone tell me where can i buy this erace? I found one on ebay but it was for 12pounds! I’m looking for Max Factor Erace 07 Ivory
Toby, I’m not sure where you live but usually Max Factor can be found in drugstores. The brand recently left the USA so I’m not sure where else you can find if you live there.
