Meera, that’s a shame but normal. Homemade recipes don’t always turn out well on the first attempt, they need a bit of practice. I’m sure it’ll turn out much better next time

Oh gosh it actually didnt turn out well but that’s just because I kept it in the microwave for 5-10 minutes which was alot! And I tried to make a smaller batch but I think I added to much honey so Im going to try it out again and Im sure it will come out right this time

Meera, you’re welcome. I’m glad you find them useful and let me know how the lip balm turns out I keep it in the microwave for only 2 or 3 minutes, but if the mixture isn’t fully melted by then, I leave it on for another minute or two.

Wow thank you for these recipes! I have been looking for a lip balm i could make without using beeswax (ive got none lol) so im going to make recipe #3 today. cant wait! but how long should i keep it in the microwave for?
