It says it transforms from milk to a toner but this is bull! Its greasy and it also says to remove either with water or cotton, but if you even try and rinse it off with water none of the product comes off, it literally feels like it's stuck on your skin along with your makeup etc thats still mixed in with it. I tried one of their eye and lips makeup remover as well and while that, was good at removing makeup, it stang my eyes. They're products are definitely too harsh for me.
