What I liked:

- long-lasting
- the packaging
What I didn’t like:
- the price
Magnifique is a woody, spicy, floral fragrance. It has a top note of saffron, a heart of Mai de Grasse rose absolute, Bulgarian rose essence and Sambac jasmine and bottom notes of Nagarmota essence, vetiver and sandalwood.
Magnifique is a lovely, feminine, elegant and grown-up fragrance, which is complex and interesting, but also quite mainstream. When you first spray it on, the perfume is quite overpowering. It opens with strong spicy and rosy notes and has a musky dry down.
Because the scent is very rich, I prefer wearing this in the evening, as it may be too strong for daytime. I also recommend getting a sample before buying the fragrance as Magnifique is one of those scents that you either love or hate, and considering the high price-tag, it’s better to do a test run of a week or so. The scent lasts all day and you don’t need to apply much, so the bottle will last a long time as well.
Personally, I like the packaging. The bottle is a gorgeous rich shade of red. It is heavy, chic and has diamond-like angles.
Summary:
Overall, I like Magnifique. It has a lovely and elegant scent that lasts all day. However, I can’t help but feeling a bit disappointed with this perfume. Judging by the notes, I was expecting something more unusual. Instead, is quite mainstream.
Rating: 3/5

When it calms down, it smells a bit like Tresor. I think it’s better than Hypnose that Lancome released 2 years ago but compared to Tresor, it’s a bit unmemorable.
The bottle is really pretty <3
Dao: that’s what I think too. Shame, though. I feel like they could have come up with something more special and original, instead it’s quite ordinary. Still pleasant though.
Lydia: I agree, the bottle is beautiful!
