Voluminous mascara is really great and of course Mally is her makeup artist so she uses Mally’s products!

Look at those lashes, I might just have to try Loreal mascara now.

Sab: she’s great, isn’t she? I’m not a huge fan but I like her too.

Dao: I love Mally, Beyonce is lucky to work with her.

Jnie: Apparently lots of celebs use it, I know Christina Aguilera does too. It must be really good.

Surprisingly cheap. Sometimes I wonder if it’s really the mascara that’s good, or just having a proper makeup artist applying it that makes the difference. They move crazy-fast to avoid any clumps, I take ages <.<

I guess having a makeup artist applying any cosmetics helps a lot!
But for the price, it’s worth a try. And I’m glad to know I’m not the only one that takes ages to apply mascara, I make such a mess if I try to go faster lol. I need to practice that.

I really must say am studying with Mac 2 become a makeup artist and I have had contact with both Francesca Talot and Mally Roncal (both Beyonces makeup artist) And its never only the mascara that makes the lashes look like that it is always a very natural looking false eyelashes.. I use them everybody in my work place use them..no one can see that they are fake they just look fabulous , long and thick.. Thats the trick girls please believe me there is no such mascara well except for maybe hypnose by lancome but otherwise u have to be born with it as Maybelline says ;) .

Sozo, you’re really lucky to hav had contacts with such great makeup artist and I wish you all the best for your career. And thank you for your comment. I knew some celebs used falsies on red carpets events, photoshoots and things like that, but I guess they’re used a lot more than I thought. I think some mascaras can help give you long lashes, but you’re right, they rarely give you dramatic results. You really need false eyelashes for that.

Comment on the false lashes….. I think it’s especially interesting that every single mascara ad uses false eyelashes… sometimes even crazy photoshop enhanced!

You’re right Sally, I think the same. And it’s so obvious I don’t understand how they can think we believe they only used mascara!

Loreal Mascara does not give that voluminous effect!!! I’m a make-up artist as well and the numerous times I have bought loreal mascara it has NEVER created that look.

Lancome by far has the best mascara that really lengthens your lashes. I also find that with MAC mascara my lashes fall out more.

Heather, thanks for your comment. My guess is that she uses the L’Oreal mascara with the false lashes. Mascara alone won’t give you that effect, I agree.

I like Lancome mascaras too, they give a lot of lenght to the lashes. I’d wish they’ve provide more volume as well though.
