Name: 24 ore perfect
Brand: Deborah
Size: 30ml
Price: 14,90€
From Deborah’s website:
Foundation with a silky consistency and an ultra-sheer, velvety-smooth finish. Formulated with Power Stay Complex for amazingly long-wear without touch-ups. Beat shine without creating a mask-ey effect.
What I liked:
- silky feeling
- has SPF
- good coverage
- the price
What I didn’t like:
- not many shades available
- not long-lasting
- skin was shiny after a few hours
Deborah 24 Ore Perfect Foundation is only available in 5 shades, which means that most people won’t be able to find their match. I tried their lighter shade but it was too dark for me.
The foundation has a rather creamy consistency that makes application easy. It also gave my skin a velvety feeling due to Dimethicone, a silicone that seals moisture into the skin and smooths it, being one of the active ingredients. The coverage was good too and quite natural.
However, it is not long-lasting. It needs touch-ups several times during the day, which is not very practical if you’re going out as this is a liquid foundation. In addition, after a couple of hours, my skin was already shiny again, so if you have oily skin, this product is not for you.
I also like the fact that this foundation contains SPF. As a sunscreen ingredient it uses Titanium Dioxide, which offers both UVA and UVB protection.
This products has a lovely smell, delicate and not overpowering.
Summary:
Overall, I didn’t like this foundation very much. The coverage is good and gives skin a silky feeling but it isn’t long-lasting, it doesn’t beat shine and there aren’t many shades available.

Another sub-par liquid foundation =[ I hate liquid foundations, they don’t cover well without making me look “painted”, they’re ALWAYS too orange for my fair skin, and they go oily in my T-zone or leave shiny marks on the end of my nose.
In my book, you can’t beat an excellent moisturiser/primer and your favourite powder shadow.
I have never heard of Deborah. Wow there’s so many brands out there I don’t even know about!!!
what’s the best liquid foundation you’ve used so far? i haven’t tried one.. and i’m just a tad curious..
Anastasia: I like liquid foundations but powder ones are much better for people with oily or combination skin. And they give you great coverage. I do prefer a liquid one during the summer when I need lighter coverage. Most foundations I tried made me look orange too because the colors were too dark for me. It only happens with drugstore brands though as they don’t usually make shade for very fair-skinned people.
Alyssa: Deborah is an Italian brand. It’s very popular here among teenagers because of their cheap prices. Their products are very hit and miss in my opinion, though.
I discovered lots of new brands lately that I didn’t know existed and there probably are lots more than we’ll never know about lol.
Sab: So far, the best one I’ve tried is Elizabeth Ardn Flawless Finish Radiant Moisture. It’s the only expensive one I tried up until now. All the other were from drugstore brands and were either too dark for me or felt too heavy. It’s not my HG, I’m still looking for the perfect liquid foundation, but this is quite good.
