Last Tuesday, it was my birthday. I turned 26. My boyfriend took me out to dinner that evening, and the next day I went out with my mates. Among other stuff, I got a few beauty products, so I thought I’d show you. My friends and I have a tradition when it comes to buying birthday presents. Instead of each of us buying a present, one of us collects the money (5€ each) from the others and together we decide what to buy. We started this tradition when we were in high school and didn’t have much money (not that we have a lot now!). This way we could afford to buy expensive things instead of getting many but cheap presents. This method has always worked well for us so we still do it. Here’s what I got (I’m only gonna show the beauty related stuff):
- Bottega Verde Orange Blossom Body Cream With Orange Juice
- Bottega Verde Bath & Shower Gel Softening
- Bottega Verde 24-hour face cream with Aloe Vera

That palette looks sweet – which make is it?
I got my first Sleek iDivine eyeshadow palette today (I bought chaos, the brightest colours) so I’ll be posting a review and doing another rainbow look using it tomorrow.
I went testing the GOSH cosmetics eyepencils too, they’ve really impressed me, they have TONS of colours and they’re all soft enough to use on my lower lashline, I expect I’ll end up buying a ton of them. £5 each though (but on 3-for-the-price-of-2!)

Anastasia: Thanks! The palette is from Bottega Verde as well.This is the first time I use their makeup, I only used their skincare products in the past. I really like the palette though, it’s very cute and the eyeshadows are pretty pigmented.

Happy belated birthday dear! My girlfriends and I used to do the same thing when it comes to one of our bds…but now, we’re too lazy to go buy stuff for each other so we just make it a girl night and treat the bd girl instead.

OMG that’s a chic eyeshadow palette u got there! Would love to have one of it. I never have palettes more than 3/4 colours.

I really like the palette and I’m really glad I got it. The design is pretty but elegant and the eyeshadows are quite pigmented. I tend to buy more palettes than single eyeshadows. They are better value for money as you get lots more colors. Maybe you’ll get one for your birthday too
