Shu Umura Fall 2008 collection is all about iridescent, layerable shades. Each item is encased within palettes of silver, gold and black motifs, expressing the modernism and elegance of the collection’s femininity.
DUO EYE SHADOW (LE): ($36) a combination of cream and powder eyeshadow. Available in Mesmrizer (violet), Tantalizer (green and goldish bronze) and Mystifier (green black and brownish bronze).
ROUGE UNLIMITED CRYSTAL SHINE COLLECTION: ($23)
This feather light gliding formula melts onto lips and is activated by the lips’ natural temperature, wrapping them in a delicate veil of comfort. Available in two new shades: Crimson Dazzle and Brown Dazzle.
GLOW ON BLUSH (LE): ($21)

I’ve never used any Shu products before… Do you have a favourite product like eyeshadow, lipsticks, etc? We have a counter but I’ve always avoided it because I just don’t know enough. Those Glow On blushes are certainly gorgeous though.
The duo eyeshadows are gorgeous!
I wonder how the staying power is.
i’m such a shu uemura addict! it came to a point that i had to avoid passing by their counter because i always end up buying! arrgh! but i love this new collection! very pretty!
Anna: to be honest I have never tried any Shu products bfore either as there are only 2 counters in Italy, both in Milan, which is very far away from where I live. I have heard very good things about their blushes and mascaras, though.
Alyssa: I wonder the same. I’ve heard shu eyshadows have a great staying powder even without a primer, hope it’s true.
sab: I’m glad you like shu products. I used to have the same problem with Pupa, an Italian brand. I always bought something at their conuter. And I agree, this collection is very pretty, I esp love the blushes.

I’m glad you love Pupa too. The first makeup products I bought were from Pupa. The quality is great and the packaging of the palettes is so cute!
